“The school sets high expectations for behaviour and learning for all pupils” OFSTED March 2025

The Longford Code

We have adopted Fundamental British Values as the basis for our Behaviour Policy. These values enable our children to distinguish right from wrong, acquire appreciation and respect for others, accept responsibility for their behaviour and make a positive contribution to our society.

As young citizens, we uphold British Values, challenge and make change for the better.

We treat others how we would like to be treated ourselves.

Our school community is one that cares, respects and understands one another.

We are truthful and honest, we accept responsibility for our actions.

We listen to and respect the opinions of others.

Everybody’s voice is equal, we all have a say.
